Terms of service

NasCreate is a marketplace where independent Egyptian creators publish designs that are printed on demand and delivered to customers. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or infringement.

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include production. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation. Payment is collected via cash on delivery or, when available, online payment partners. Title to goods passes on payment.

Creators retain ownership of their artwork and grant NasCreate a licence to produce and sell it, as detailed in the Creator Agreement. Uploading artwork you don't own or that infringes third-party rights is prohibited and leads to removal and possible account termination.

You may not use NasCreate to publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content, interfere with the service's operation, or misuse promotional mechanics. We may moderate, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

NasCreate provides the marketplace "as is". To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
